Design and development Airline Revenue Management Tool for
Mckinsey and Company, New York, USA.•

The Airline RM tool includes a set of internal and market
performance analyses that help build thoughtful RM strategies.
It also includes forward looking metrics to adjust those
strategies on a rolling basis. Our 40+ analyses are key to
extract the most value through RM levers. It’s a project done
using AngularJS framework in front end and has a ruby backend.
It deals with the Big Data.
Design and development Traveling Salesman Problem for Mckinsey
and Company, New York, USA•

Travelling Salesman problem was basically an enhancement over a
Telco app that was being built by Mckinsey and Company. This app
consisted of the targets and sales related data for a telecom
company which are supposed to be fulfilled by salesman. This app
is a hybrid application which is built by using Play framework.
It was developed for android 7 inch tablet. Traveling Salesman
problem consisted of designing a model which could help salesman
to plan his day with the help of automated generated idea which
was built in the application considering the shortest time
route, which was calculated by using Google API.
Design and development Corporate Analysis Tool(CPAT) for

The software application is a web based application which is a
step to provide interactive charting analysis to Corporate
Analysts and other Firm Members. The application is built on
J2EE architecture. The application would follow an n-tiered
model, with Presentation Layer built using the MVC architecture
using JSP, Servlets and Spring MVC framework. Business Logic is
built using Spring framework used to implement the persistence
layer. It is a system solution that integrates unparalleled
data, world-class expertise and cutting-edge analytics. CPAT
sets our Firm apart from others with significant competitive
advantage
Design and development Caller ID Blackberry Application for
Mckinsey and Company, New York, USA•

Firm Directory is an existing application developed by client
for blackberry phones to hold details of all the associates in
Client organization and acts as a firm wide directory to find
people and their contact details. The project is to analyse this
application and then design and develop a similar application
named Caller ID that will run on blackberry phones to display
caller details like preferred name/first name, last name, phone
number type (Mobile/ Office/ VOIP/ Home) along with their office
location they are from on phone screen during incoming call,
outgoing call and call on wait. This involves creating a new
database to hold all firm wide phone numbers along with these
details and developing software to fetch these details from this
database during phone calls. This will help client know caller
details even if their phone numbers are not saved in phonebook.
Also they can identify important incoming calls and calls on
wait based on the caller details displayed on screen and avoid
missing such calls. These are very important features as
Blackberry phones are used for business purpose.
In
future, this application will be enhanced with new as well as
existing features from Firm Directory application such as people
search, direct dialling from application, personalized settings,
caller tunes, etc. so that the latter can be retired saving cost
of maintaining 2 similar applications.
Design and development of a Third Party Assessment and
Compliance Application for Mckinsey and Company, New York,
USA• November 2012
The purpose of this project was to study third party credit card
system and then design a model for assessing various third
parties on basis of risk factors and compliance. TCS developed
an application to enter new third parties, track various stages
of their assessment, evaluate risk factors and compliance,
approve/ reject third party based on assessment. Customers use
this application to assess various third parties and determine
whether they can make joint venture in offering credit cards
thru those third parties.
Design and development of a Marketing Media Mix Decision iPAD
Application for Mckinsey and Company, New York, USA•

The purpose of this project was to analyse Client’s Marketing
Media Mix Decision Support Tool that can be used for product
pricing, determine impact on revenue, volume, margin, investment
and gross profit, perform product comparison, simulate short
term and long term investments on various marketing media
channels like TV, radio, display boards, Facebook, etc. Based on
this analysis, TCS designed and developed an iPAD application
that can help Customer make various pricing and marketing
investment simulations. These simulations can be saved on iPAD
device for showcasing them to higher management that can help
them arrive at important business decisions to maximize profit
and optimize marketing investment expenses.
Design and development of a Customer Engagement Reporting iPAD
Application for Mckinsey and Company, New York, USA•

The purpose of this project was to analyse existing Customer
Engagement Reporting application and then design and develop an
iPAD application based on this analysis. The new application was
delivered by TCS to Client providing them access to important
financial and billing details related to Customer engagement on
their iPAD device on the go. It helps Client a lot as they can
get business related information quickly and more easily
preventing significant delays involved while accessing it thru
existing application.
Design and Development of a Mobile Web Application for Roots

The project involved implementation of a web interface. This
contained list of all Ginger Hotels present across along with
the details and a facility to drop an email to Ginger Hotel
asking for reservation. This application also had a facility
which helped client to know which hotels are being browsed more.

The project involved development of an application for iphones.
It is a native iphone application which was developed in
objective c++. This application involved all the blood group
data and it helped the user to know what medicines and
precautions are to be taken when seen some symptoms.
